Melissa
Owner & Founder Diploma in Early Childhood LearningMelissa founded Dream Tree Preschool to create the warm, nurturing environment she believes every child deserves. Her training and passion for early childhood education shape a thoughtful approach where children feel safe, known, and encouraged to grow.
Vivian
Principal Montessori Diploma (A.M.I.)Vivian brings over 45 years of experience in early childhood education, including senior principal and head roles at preschools and international schools. She guides our teaching team with warmth, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to each child’s growth.
Our Curriculum
We follow a child-centred, play-based curriculum inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Montessori principles, and the Malaysian National Preschool Curriculum (KSPK). Through hands-on learning, exploration, and freedom of choice, we nurture every child’s curiosity, confidence, and love of learning.
Creative Expression
Art, music, storytelling, and dramatic play that give children endless ways to express their ideas and feelings.
Early Literacy & Numeracy
Hands-on activities with letters, sounds, numbers, and patterns that build strong foundations for reading and math.
Nature & Discovery
Outdoor exploration, gardening, and sensory play that connect children with the natural world and spark scientific thinking.
Movement & Motor Skills
Fine and gross motor development through yoga, dance, obstacle courses, and purposeful play equipment.
Social-Emotional Learning
Building empathy, self-regulation, and friendship skills through guided interactions and mindful classroom practices.
Practical Life Skills
Pouring, sorting, cleaning, dressing—everyday tasks that build independence, concentration, and a sense of capability.
School Hours
- Morning Session 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Afternoon Session 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm
- Full Day 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Early Drop-off 7:30 am available
- Late Pick-up Until 6:00 pm
We operate Monday through Friday, January to November, following the Malaysian academic calendar.
